Description

Fairfield Parlour LP - From Home To Home rare 1970 Vertigo large spiral label.Vertigo 6360001,matrix nos.6360064 1Y//1,6360064 2Y//1,large spiral label, textured gatefold sleeve.Only album by this band under this name.
Cover is very good with overall a presentable copy.Front panel has two scars(touched up) aligned with the Vertigo logo, top left.Otherwise the front and rear have little more than very slight ,faint ring wear to a small arc, rear bottom.Spine is firm with mild wear, print is legible but not entirely distinct, light rubbing to the corners, top edges light to mild wear, bottom moderate to mild, open edges front, noticeable wear to the whole length, whereas the rear has significantly less.Inside the panels show light storage wear along top and bottom.Supplied in new poly-lined inner sleeve, original with large swirl included(some discolouration, one side has shop markings and two short tears repaired with clear matt tape).
Disc is very good with a fresh glossy appearance, only no obvious marks. There is some surface noise or light crackle from the end of tracks across the track breaks into the next and in run ins/outs.Elsewhere there is some occasional background crackle varying from light to very faint, slightly more on side 2 on which 5 or 6 light clicks were also noted.Labels look generally excellent,on side 2 a light smudge under the side 1 track listing and a small manufacturing imperfection at the centre hole.
