Description

Fairport Convention 1st album early 1970's issue on Polydor Records. Both sleeve and vinyl are in excellent condition. This album was recorded at the end of 1967 and released the following year. At this early stage in their career they were called the "British Jefferson Airplane", and there is a strong US west coast rock sound here, which they did very well. It features singer Judy Dyble as Sandy Denny would not join until later.
