Description
Here’s an amazing find – a MINT UK original first pressing of Fairport’s best-loved LP, with MONO labels. Many have heard of this rarity, but few have ever seen one – let alone in this shape.
Artist
Fairport Convention
Title
Liege and Lief
Label
Island (pink ‘i’)
Country
UK
Date
1969
Sleeve condition
Has a small crease in the rear top left corner, but is generally NEAR MINT. Spine is sharp and clear, colours are bright and striking, inside of gatefold is utterly pristine. Beautiful!
Vinyl condition
But for a very small number of spindle marks, I’d be tempted to call this UNPLAYED. Glossy, shiny, flawless… simply an amazing copy, and it sounds phenomenal. YOU WILL NEVER WANT OR BE ABLE TO UPGRADE FROM HERE!
Please note that this is GUARANTEED not to be a bootleg or counterfeit. This is in every respect ORIGINAL
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE RARE RECORDS
I ship promptly worldwide, and do not charge 'handling' fees. If the high bidder requires insurance or recorded delivery, I am happy to oblige. Paypal is my preferred payment method, but if that is a problem cash or cheques are fine.
MY GUARANTEE
I try to describe accurately and honestly, and my 660+ 100% positive feedback (all derived from buying and selling records) should assure you that I am not out to take advantage. I know all too well how disappointing it is to get a record through the mail and find it not to be as described. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with my description, I will be delighted to sort out the problem in a friendly and prompt manner.
THE BIDDER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
