Media Mail postage in the states is free. Priority service is available; just ask for a quote. If going to Canada, First Class International Package Service is $18.00 and includes delivery confirmation.
If shipping overseas, First Class International Package Service is $25.00 and includes delivery confirmation to to just about anywhere in the world. Exceptions would be China, North and South Korea, and most of South America. Handful of other places.
I do indeed combine postage on orders of multiple titles. Just wait for an invoice before issuing payment. Oh, and 8.25% sales tax is collected on orders from the state of California. Sorry about that!
Cheers!
