WELCOME! I Work in a record store in Austin, Texas and I am going to be selling off some of my collection, I am starting off small, but I do have all positive feedback for records and other items, including some pricey heavy hitters and no complaints thus far thankfully. This week I'm offering a lot of RARE and OBSCURE records from all sorts of genres, mostly private press stuff, like boogie funk psych soul folk xian weird etc..

For auction is: Family Tree - Somewhere in Your Heart LP, Custom Sound SC - 178. original 1975.  With all band member signatures.
    This 500 press only DIY lounge soul record has gotten to be somewhat of a cult classic for it's amazing cover of Never Gonna Give You Up, by Barry White. But there are a few other really nice lofi blue eyed modern soul/lounge tracks on here too.  The band put out a few other LPs in the late 60s early 70s that are less rare and are quite horrible honestly, I think one is on ebay right now even, but they are light years away from this LP, and this gem has been auctioned only once or twice before on ebay and can fetch a pretty penny, so bid early and get this crazy soul piece while you still can!

   Vinyl: VG++ ( Nice copy, still glossy, hasn't been played much at all, only a couple small surface marks that don't affect play, one small scratch but its not on any of the good tracks and I can barely hear it a couple times only, for such a private pressing it sounds quite good, only a few standard crackles on Never Gonna give you Up. Jacket/Label: VG+ (I removed the price tag shown in picture, it was fresh and easy to do, no marks left behind.  Very mild edge wear, a small stain witch can probably be removed in the upper left front cover, about the size of a nickel. Cover is signed by all the band members, though somewhat neatly.)

I try to Grade conservatively because everyone has different standards.
I use Gold Mine standard grading in ascending order of quality G, G+, VG-, VG, VG+, VG++, EX(+/-), NM, SS (or sealed unplayed).
