Vinyl condition is EX.  Visually the vinyl looks clean and shiny.  When tilted under a bright light a couple of non feelable hairlines and scuffs are visible.  I have tested the audio on my Rega P6 and I thought the audio playback was excellent. Labels look clean and shiny though when inspected under a strong light there is a minor trace of staining where the record has been cleaned at some point.  Grading at EX.
The sleeve condition is VG-.  Single textured sleeve with lots of edge wear, creased bottom corner and storage wear..  No tears or writing.   See Pics.
