Description
Berkeley's Fang, their second LP, OG first release on Boner Records. NoCal hardcore at its finest. A side runout groove "Skinheads Poke Goats". The singer killed his girlfriend so the band broke up in mid-80s my guess. When he got out of prison he reformed the band. How creepy and punk is that... jacket has clean image and gloss is great; one small sticker residue spot on front upper right. Had an insert - unfortunately it is gone. I think either Joey or Rudy took it back in the day, one or the other of these cholos. Last I saw Rudy he was driving an LAUSD school bus in the early 90s with a bunch of elementary small fry in the back. He had a big smile on his face...
Note - I photographed several LPs on a bright fall day and on some you can see in the vinyl my reflection and the reflection of some decorative dried up branch things my wife put on the table.
Keep in mind I sample all listings on a full Linn Sondek setup and go in LOUD. Mostly original owner/purchased in L.A. in 70’s/80’s from the original Poobah and Aron’s Record Stores in Pasadena and Hollywood.
