THE LP IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION (As Close to "New" as possible)
The Thin Record Jacket is in overall Very Good Plus Condition. Complete, with lightly "dinged" corners,light curved lower front right hand corner from storage,light staining/discoloration on the lower back cover (1" inch area across the side-bottom),"ring wear" on back cover,faint "ring wear" fromnt cover, light crease lower left hand front cover (1" inch)
