Description

This item is a rare white label mono promotional album released in 1969 on Atco Records by Fat Mattress entitled ‘Fat Mattress’. Record label and number is Atco Records 33-309. This group featured Jimi Hendrix Experience bassist Noel Redding as one of its members. This mono mix LP was a promotional only release and was never available in mono commercially. Mono promo record itself is in VG+ condition with a few light hairline scuffs and some rub marks on the vinyl probably made from taking the record in and out of the paper inner sleeve. Record still has decent gloss and shine. White promo record labels are clean with no writing show little if any spindle wear (see photos). Gatefold cover is also in VG+ condition with flaws being some wear at the corners, some ringwear and some wear on the bottom of the cover but there are no splits (see photos). See photos for song listings. Only mono promo of this album that I’ve ever seen in over 40 years of collecting records. A great addition to your Psych / Hendrix LP collection! No reserve.
