Description
This is an Auction for First Pressing Fear - More Beer LP on Restless Records 72039-1 with printed insert. For some reason I thought this was the reissue but after looking it up on Discogs, it's clear this is the first pressing because the re-issue had a different cover(white background in the reef and the Fs are red instead of black) and 7 in front of the catalog number.
Conditiion: I'm not a big fan of the grading system because too often it is based on opinion and one man's VG+ is anothers man's G. I also tend to grade things low but have found through past experience that regardless of how conservative I am, there is always someone out there that thinks it isn't conservative enough. The fact is that in the 20+ years that I have collected records and often bought new, no record is Mint and without a doubt nothing is Mint++.
- Sleeve: VG++ I maybe nit picking but let's face it that's what you want. There is some black ink specks on the upper left hand corner and I'm not sure if that is a printing mistake. There is also wrinkling, corner wear and wear on along the edges. Otherwise the artwork is clean. The inner sleeve has some wrinkling from me reading the lyrics(I bought this new around 86)
- Record: VG+ There are scratches and scuffs but I played it last night without an issue.
Shipping: I ship everything in record mailers shipped USPS Media Mail and in the US with delivery confirmation, The cost of the mailer and the confirmation is covered by the handling fee. I will combine shipping if you win more than one and I always try to get the fastest shipping at the cheapest rate.
Outside of the US I ship USPS 1st class Mail.
