Das bekannteste Fields of the Nephilim Album The Nephilim wurde 1989 in limitierter Form auf zwei 12'' mit 45 rpm veröffentlicht, was eine bessere Audioqualität/Dynamik bringt. So nimmt dann z. B. Last exit for the lost eine komplette 12'' Seite ein.

Layout und Tracks entsprechen ansonsten der normalen LP. Die 2x 12'' Auflage ist auf 6000 nummerierte Stück limitiert. Angeboten wird die Nummer 4645 (die Nummer ist auf der Cover-Rückseite aufgedruckt).
