OFF-THE-CHARTS-RARE slice of snotty hard-charging fuzzy garage punk from right here in Chicago on the Afton label from 1966!!! Afton released a grand total of five 45s in their nanosecond of a lifespan, every one of them HIGHLY sought after and rare!!! This one is no exception. I have been collecting 60s garage for 40+ years and only ever seen one copy of this 45. This one. Don't sleep. If you've never heard this track find a sound clip. The riff is as tough as nails and the face melting Hammond B-3 solo in the middle is worth the price of admission on its own. There's a reason Afton 45s are so desirable. Chicago's garage punk scene in the mid-late 60s was notoriously bursting at the seams with talent and there was only so much room at the top. Vinyl is a VERY nice VG and label has a hint of ring.
