Visual condition: vinyl: VG+ does have some light lines and scuffs but nothing deep cover: THICK CRADBOARD GATE FOLD sleeve. Edges are discoloured/rubbed but pretty clean. No ink or tears. inner sleeve: generic white poly lined replacement insert: comes with RARE INSERT in NM CONDITION superb to find this little extra note: not the cleanest but does have the scarce INSERT
