Description
Rumours is the eleventh studio album by the British-American rock band. It was released on the Warner Bros. Records label in February 1977. Rumours became the bands first number-one album on the UK Albums chart and also topped Billboard’s 200 Albums chart in the U.S. As of February 2023 it has sold more than 40 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best selling albums of all time. Four of its singles- “Go Your Own Way”, “Dreams”, “Don’t Stop”, and “You Make Loving Fun” made the top 10 of the Hot 100 Singkes chart in the U.S. , with “Dreams” making it to #1. The album won the Grammy for Album Of The Year at the 1978 Grammy Awards. It is currently ranked #7 on Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums All-Tine list.
