Items auctioning for less than $20 i recommend tracking, any item over $20 may be required to add tracking.
items purchased with paypal valued at or around $100,will require registered tracking($10/USPS)& International items purchased with paypal and valued more than $100 may require express international or Global express tracking and insurance per your arrangement with me for payment.Express International and Global express includes postage, tracking and insurance.Registered mail gives a very small amount of insurance and tracking and is added to actual shipping costs .
The requirement for tracking has to do with the various countries customs handling time and paypal charge back.I had a $500 record take two months(march 2011) to get to the customer(German customs) and a $1000 record take 3 months to get to Australia(again a march 2011 shipment), rare occurrences indeed but it does happen!
Good luck!
