Rare and unique OZ bird poo Promo LP released in 1982 on Jive Records. Cat: L 37715.This record is part of a recent collection bought from a Festival Records Rep. Stunning condition, many never played….
A very unusual Promo for the Flock of seagulls debut LP. The B-side of the record has been adorned with feathers and bird poo (probably done in liquid paper) and has a single sheet insert (which has some light marks and is in VG+ condition. Obviously the B-side is unplayable due to the decoration. Stranger still, the A-side plays fine except it doesn’t play Flock of Seagulls but a selection of new wave bands from the early 80’s including including J. Geils band, Church, Split Enz, Depeche Mode, Pete Shelly, Duran Duran etc… A unique and interesting piece for any new wave/synth collector..
There are no signs of spindle marks on labels. A-side plays in Excellent condition, B-side can’t be played due to decoration. Cover has a few tiny surface tears around edges and is in VG++ condition.

Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
