For sale is Flora Purim's 500 Miles High At Montreux, originally released in 1976 by Milestone Records in a gate-fold presentation. This is a promotional copy with a gold stamp on the back cover. I bought this used and played it carefully on a reference quality turntable and cartridge. One of the first things I do with a new purchase is that I immediately put the album into a protective inner sleeve like a MFSL or its equivalent. There is no original inner sleeve with this listing. The cover is Near Mint with only a hint of ring wear. The vinyl is Near Mint. This is the best copy of this album that I have seen or heard. Finding Flora's original Milestone Records has become very hard and you will be hard pressed to find one this great. I have more jazz albums, as well as records of all genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look, as they're all in Near Mint condition. Thank you for viewing my listing. I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative.
