Shipping SHIPPING Shipping & DeliverySanity uses Australia Post as its carrier for both domestic and international orders. Shipping is free on all orders shipped within Australia and is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders shipped to New Zealand. Sanity eBay currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand. We ship goods Monday through Friday subject to Australian statutory holidays.
Please allow 1 - 7 working days for delivery within Australian Metro areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 1-10 working days for regional areas and New Zealand.
Dispatching your order:
- All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.
- Any orders placed after 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day.
- Any orders placed after 3pm AEST on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

If your order is lost during shipment please contact us and we will endeavour to ship a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability); however, in order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your order.
