Through a good source I was able to get my hands on this tape.
This is a legit radio station broadcast copy

These tapes come from a non smoking environment
and is a analog recording.
This tape was not copied from
VINYL or CD tapes have been analyzed professionally not by me.
DESCRIPTION:
Foreigner Head Games - 2 track on a 10 1/2" scotch aluminum reel recorded at 15 ips - 1/4" tape.
The sound quality is very much analog very warm and the music is very pronounced and at this speed of 15ips
I'm sure you already know. The tape is in very good condition - the reel is very clean and in great shape A++.
The box shows some wear from common use but still is in great shape.
There is artwork which was done by whomever owned this tape prior
to me buying it.
Tails out so you have to rewind before play.
