Besides WVIK-FM being written on the label The vinyl looks mostly unplayed.
The outer sleeve has what appears to be a Radio Call Tag sticker Top left that has been blacked out (shown in photo) Also some writing "WVIK-FM" on the inlay.

Highly playable, highly collectable album of Hard Psych! Sure to go fast.
