This a very RARE 7” by FOSS titled "The El Paso Pussycats", an 1993 early project including At the Drive-In & Mars Volta’s own Cedric Bixler-Zavala & Beto O'Rourke, the man who will beat Ted Cruz in the upcoming Texas senate election. It’s very unique, and a must have to any collector of ATDI, Mars Volta or Democratic politics.  I have only ever seen a couple come up online and with the current publicity from Ted Cruz assuming that promoting this record will harm Beto means this is bound to be an even more difficult find.
