We are Not Professional Record Graders, But this Record Appears to Be in Excellent Condition. Looks to be Un-Played and has had Very Little Handling. The Labels are Nice and Clean. The Sleeve shows Minor Normal wear and is cardboard hard cover picture sleeve. Please note I just notice some seam splitting at the bottom of the sleeve.
