THE BEATLES - 'FOUR BY THE BEATLES'
The 2nd in the series of 4-track EPs released by Capitol dates from May 1964 and is on the green Capitol label: EAP1-2121

This example is a 'West Coast' pressing from Capitol's Los Angeles factory

Labels: EXCELLENT

Clean & unblemished with little more than a touch of wear around the edge of the centre hole.

Visual: VERY GOOD

Both playing surfaces are clean with their deep-gloss shines still intact. There are however several light turntable & fingernail scuffs, mostly on side 2, but nothing I would call a scratch.

Sound Quality: VERY GOOD

This copy has received a moderate amount of play bu there is no major deterioration to the sound quality. Some moderate background and light ticks are audible on 'This Boy' and between tracks, but there are no jumps, repeats or other major faults.

Cover: EXCELLENT

A firm & fully intact example with unfaded panels where the only trace of wear is a small area of dried adhesive from a long departed sticker over the Capitol logo on the front panel. T here is some minor brusing to the upper corner but all seams are unworn and unsplit.

Our grading is strict & conservative grading in strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
Each record is professionally & securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
