Description
I bought a private collection of vinyl consisting of about 4-500 records. A mixture of 10" and 12" and 78RPM and 33RPM. All of them are in very playable condition and were in storage for decades. I suspect that many were only played a few times and the previous owner knew how to take care of his collection as he actually worked in the recording industry. The caretaker, his brother, worked in a vinyl plant and also knew how to take care of vinyl.
I am not a grading pro but I know good and bad when I see it. My personal opinion is this record is in very good condition. Some may rate it lower or higher depending on ones criteria. I repeat I am not a professional in the vinyl grading world.
The album jacket paint is good. No splits. On the front and back there is some mild yellowing from the outer edge to about 3/4" in.
The record ought to play well. I have not listened to this record and will not be listening to any of the records Im going to list. I simply do not have the time.
Under a bright light I saw 1 slight surface scratch 1/2" long. This record is another dandy. I am still going to give this record only a very good condition rating as I am not a professional record grader but I am just itching say near mint or mint! However, I suspect whomever purchases this record will be VERY pleased!
