Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart album El Wizardo WRMB-365 orange splatter vinyl.
Again, hard to visually grade a multi-colored splatter disc. There is a distorted scuffing sound for about the first twelve rotations of both side one and two. This has been there since the album was new and is no doubt caused by the pressing. There are some “pops” for about a dozen rotations of Metal Man Has Hornets Wings and a couple of pops and tics during Original Black Napkins. The rest of the disc has only light surface here and there.
A little cleaning may help. I have not attempted to clean this record (no fluids.)
Original slip sheet is glued to the plain white cover and as you can tell from the picture the left side of the sheet is dog-eared.
The bottom half of the left seam is split and the other half is almost there. A one inch split on the left side of the bottom seam.
I think this may contain parts of that radio program which are also on the AN EVENING WITH FRANK ZAPPA AND CAPTAIN BEEFHEART CD that is making the rounds now.
