This is the Sealed LP by Frank Zappa titled "The Man From Utopia". LP was released in the US on Barking Pumpkin (FW 38403) Records in 1983.

I was the owner of an independent record store in Seattle for almost 20 years. It kills me to sell some of these rare items, but I have gone back to college (at 47!) and need the money for tuition
