This is a Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention One Size Fits All on vinyl LP from 1975. The cover is VG+ with some minor seam, spine, & ring wear as well as some light wear on the record opening side. The vinyl is VG+++ with some very minor light marks that don't effect playback.
