Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention - Uncle Meat - Vinyl 2 x LP (TRA197)
As with all my listings I will give you an honest appraisal of the item. Please ask any questions you have, I am very happy to answer them. I use the record collector grading system with the emphasis on how the record 'sounds', I grade on the conservative side so as not to disappoint. I will point out surface marks etc.
UK first issue on Transatlantic Records, quite a rare thing this one. Originally came with 16-page booklet, not present here though I'm afraid.

The records, though shiny and clean of any dust and dirt, suffer from multiple surface marks. Most are of the faint variety some are faint 'scuffs', one scratch at the start of Side D however feels quite serious though not covering a large area. 3 of the 4 labels feature the name Alan Lawson written in Biro.
The sleeve has been sellotaped around the edges, evidentially not as a repair but seemingly to prevent damage. On the whole perhaps a shrewd move as the spine especially has fared rather well. The sleeve is in overall 'VERY GOOD minus/GOOD+' condition with ware and fraying to the top edges of both gatefold sleeves. The inner sleeves have both perished so I have given this copy brand new white replacements which do not fit inside the outer sleeves. However, I am providing a plastic cover which houses the set.

Sound wise I'm grading this at GOOD+. We have crackle throughout, though once your passed the first minute or two of each side there is an improvement. The aforementioned scratch does give you a click/pop for a few spins. Remarkably, a good listen though with no skips or jumps and it's a great, great album of course.
