Frantic - Conception - Lizard A20103, stereo, 1970.  Promo, gatefold sleeve.

Vinyl is VG+/VG++    A few light hairlines and paper scuffs.  Labels look VG++.

Sleeve is VG    1” splits at right corners / 2” split at center of bottom edge, mild fading at edges, rub wear / general wear.
