From the archives of a noted Australian rock’n’roll and entertainment historian comes this piece of classic early Australian rock music history that ties into our greatest music export – AC/DC. Fraternity. Maxi Single. Australian pressing. 1971. Sweet Peach. SPM 501. Livestock / Why Did It Have To Be Me / Cool Spot. With Bon Scott in his pre-AC/DC days. While Fraternity singles are relatively common, this Maxi EP is much, much rarer. Record in Very Good Plus condition, some pops and surface noise but play very well. Generic sleeve. NOTE ON SHIPPING: In these COVID times, there have been problems with international shipping from Australia beyond slow, or no, air mail. I’ve had a parcel to the UK damaged and another that was diverted from air mail to sea mail and, three months later, appears no closer to reaching Europe. Until things improve, I’m shifting to Express Air Mail. More expensive but if you’re bidding for a record you want to enhance the probability of getting it in good order. The other option is for Standard Air Mail but buyer pays for full insurance and the correct value of the record is noted on the customs form, which some buyers have been reluctant to do in the past.
