This Vinyl is rated Near Mint (NM+) and looks unplayed. Cover is rated NM+
This LP is a store DEMO copy and has only been played a few times with a Hana Umami MC Cartridge on a Clearaudio Innovation turntable.
Sleeve is in NM condition.  The LP will be shipped in plastic flapped outer sleeve. LP will be shipped outside of jacket to prevent any spitting. Both inner sleeves/jackets are very clean, no ring wear, color colors are rich and not faded, UV coating is full intact, Lower right corner has a ding and can be seen in picture. No shelf wear to bottom edge, all corners are sharp, It is an fantastic copy of this rare pressing. 
Record has been professionally cleaned on a CLEARAUDIO - Double Matrix Professional Sonic Record Cleaning Machine
