Description
Both labels have New York USA address; 43 West 61st St. address a the bottom of the back cover. The record has "VAN GELDER" and the "ear" inscribed in the dead wax. Leader, Freddie Roach, organ; Percy France, tenor sax; Kenny Burrell, guitar; Clarence Johnston, drums. 6 tracks.
Cover: Fair+ Entire top e edge has split; 1 1/2" split on the spine near the top edge. 2" split on the bottom edge. Edge and corner wear. Light aging on the back cover. Scuff marks on the front cover follow a record ring pattern. There is an outline of a record ring on the back cover. Some overall aging and general wear from ordinary handling.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. A very small number of light, barely visible, surface rub marks. These do not affect the sound. 1 tiny surface spot mark on Track 1 Side 2. This results in 1 light click. 2 or 3 revolutions have faint groove noise which is barely audible. Overall, the record plays close to Mint. Fine quality. Audibly checked.
