The cover is kind of a “gimmick-cover”: there is a postcard of F.Brock (which he has been autographed!) On the back-cover, it's surrounded by perforations so that you can easily take it out and put it into a frame on your bedside table.But perhaps you'll prefer to hang the laminated front-cover on the wall in your living-room to look everyday at the incredible sick photomotage of the band standing in a limestone-cave between stalactites & stalagmites ?!

Fredy Brock was trumpet-player for the Max Greger Orchestra, he also plays on the band's jazz-records: the 1963 “European Jazz Sounds” on Brunswick and the 1965 “Maximum” -LP on Polydor, which I also offer in this auction. 12 tracks include a few cover versions like Jorge Ben's “Zazueira” or Ch.Trenet's “Autumn Leaves”, but most of the tracks are self-penned and contain some of the weirdest euro-funk, library-style and euro-latin ever! Seven of the LP's tracks are of interest, on the record they are placed one behind the other (I've colored them green in the track-list), they are in the style I just mentioned, only “Hombre” is a Morricone-like lonely-trumpet-in-the-desert-ballad with a hypnotic tympani -groove and a great fuzz-guitar ending.The album is a pretty hard find and has been in demand since some years, a few tracks have been compiled and you might listen to them in the net (eg ”German Funk Fieber 2”, ”The In-Kraut 1”).
Cover has some edgewear, tear in on insert was taped. Vinyl has scratches, was cleaned.
