Up for auction: Blue Note LP— Free Form Donald Byrd... Wayne Shorter / Herbie Hancock / Butch Warren / Billy Higgins.
First off both the album and the cover have a registered stamp on them.
I do the best I can when describing my albums and try to be conservative when grading. The cover has some staining at the top; and the corners show some rounding. The spine has one spot where the outside paper is beginning to peel. Minus the staining the cover is actually pretty solid. I’ll grade it as G but mainly because of the staining.
The inner sleeve is a generic white sleeve that shows some crinkling.
The Album looks nice. Its showing light scratches in places, with normal wear. The album Has Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax on both sides. I gave it a spin on my turntable and I was pleased with the sound quality.I’ll conservatively grade it VG.
