CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is very clean with a nice dark sheen. It has a few soft hairlines just about preventing better visual grade. Played passages of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Plays EX. Music is clean, clear, loud and powerful. Just an occasional tick in some of the quietest passages. Cover is also in clean condition. It is firm and square and has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and only light creasing. Very clean inside to gatefold sleeve and no ring-wear. Not much more than light wear to fully legible spine. Correct white inner is clean with light wear, moderate yellowing, fully attached poly and no splits. No feathering or tears around centre. Really clean textured labels- check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Good looking and fantastic sounding Free LP.
PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER POP/PSYCH/PROGRESSIVE/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 40-50 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
