SERGE GAINSBOURG - Histoire De Melody Nelson ( Philips 6325071 , FRANCE 1971)
Here we have a classic of the French erotic moody psych scene - from THE French artist poet and vocalist. Think this LP need no further description - an incomparable masterpiece in his own field. This is an early 2nd pressing from the mid / late 70ies (the only difference to the 1st pressing is the Philips number - it´s 6397020 - that I have now in my collection - and the never leave it)). An absolutely recommeded historical album !
The gatefold cover is in top excellent (ex) condition,
The record is also in excellent minus to excellent (ex-/ex) condition, shows only some fine hairlines - here and there some surface cracklings in the background
