Fresh Maggots FRESH MAGGOTS RCA SF 8205 1971
This is an extremely rare Folk/ Rock album by two then 19 year olds from Nuneaton in Warwickshire who were highly praised at the time for their exceptional talent.
The vinyl on this album has no sign of spindle marksand side 2 appears in mint condition. However when in bought this record over 30 years ago it was obvious that part of side 1 had been crayoned on. See photo I have shown the area affected in between the white strips. At the time I carefully cleaned it but you can still see where it was. Luckily it had no effect on the sound quality which is excellent throughtout the album being equally as good on both side despite the marks. I enjoyed the supurb tracks many times.
The cover has some creasing and damage to top left hand seam and some fading on rear see photos. This is an album well worth having despite its flaws and its guide price is over 200GBP. You may never come across another copy of this outstanding Duo's only album.
