Now this is a fun album to listen to. This only LP Mike Deasy released under the name Friar Tuck mixes the elements of fuzzy psych rock and more melodic psych pop. The album includes some strong guitarwork and quite silly lyrics. It's easy to realize that this LP wasn't a very serious release.

It's hard to imagine that if you're a fan of the late 60's psychedelia that you wouldn't enjoy this. I like this exploitation LP pretty much even if it's not one of my personal favourites. Friar Tuck and His Psychedelic Guitar gets 3,5 stars from me which means it's a good and solid record and worth checking out if you know you like this genre.
