Original inner LP sleeve with seam splits, but not completely split. Overall the album plays very clean. A few spots with a minor tic or two. Side 2, Track 2 has a surface scratch and that's where a tic is, but not long and not bad at all. Some overall surface scuffs and some a minor tic or two, but again, not bad at all. This is insane music with insane guitar technique by all three. Really a landmark album. Album hand cleaned (twice) with Tergikleen (use by the Library of Congress), Kimtech Wipes (Low Lint, Anti Static), Distilled Water and Brushed with an Anti-Static Brush.
