Doc Oliver Are You Ready - I’m Ready (Sing About Love) pts 1 + 2 Rock City. G+.
Super rare Little Rock release from Doc. Probably his rarest title. A few of these have slipped cheap, guessing they were beat (like this one) and mainly that the sellers clipped the wrong side (side 2 is far superior). Before those the only copy I ever saw trade hands was in a private swap for a $1000+ 45. Killer stuff.

I offer a full refund if you aren't happy with your record, just ship back to me and I will refund in full when it is returned to me in the same condition it left my place. I *DO NOT* offer partial refunds though, bad experiences with con artists. EIther keep your record or send it back please, no in betweens.
