Don't let the cover fool you, this isn't just an album of choir music, this is one of the most Soulful, Funky and yes... Psychedelic albums you will ever hear.  From the same school that brought us the "Black Out"  album the year before, another rare gem that was highly bid on recently. This is the 1971 follow up from those funky cats at Douglass High School in Oklahoma City, and just like "Black Out"  its a mega Double LP.  Side 1&2 featuring the school directed musical programs, and side 3&4 featuring the School's Talent Show.....and that's where the real Fun is.  It's  hard to believe so much talent could come out of one school, but what would you expect from the same school that gave us the immortal Charlie Christian.

This album is not only in MINT condition, it was SEALED until yesterday.  Yes its been sealed for the last 39 years! I opened it up just so you could see all of the pictures from inside the gatefold and to make some soundclips, and I am sure glad I did, what a pleasant surprise this album turned out to be.   I carefully used a Stanton Mark III stylus, so you can be assured the vinyl will be in the same condition it was when i opened it.  I have also included pictures of the album when it was sealed, Heck I even made a video of myself opening it, just in case anyone needs any more proof.  This album is Super Rare in any condition, but I would expect you will be waiting a very long time to find another in this condition.  I have only seen one other record like this, a poor condition copy that was unsuccessfully sold by a seller with negative feedback.  Go Figure.  As far as I can tell, this is the first Legitimate copy to be sold. You can be assured I will ship this record with utmost care and consideration.

As a BONUS....I will also throw in "Three Sides of Soul" a 1970 LP also from Douglass High School.  The record sleeve is in VG++ condition, and the vinyl is VG-.  It's a more gospel oriented record compared to Black Experience, and the cover is great.   If that doesn't sweeten the deal, I don't know what will.  Well I know what would, but I'm not giving up my original copy of Jr and His Soulettes - Psychodelic Sounds, not yet anyway.
