Ludwig van Beethoven: Symphony No.9

Wilhelm Furtwangler conducts Choir & Orchestra of the Bayreuth Festival.

With Schwarzkopf, Höngen, Hopf, Edelmann

German Electrola mono-pressing from the 50s with red Big Nipper labels, "33 1/3" in triangle on all four sides. Article-Nos. WALP 1286/87. 2 LP-box with booklet.


  • Condition Box: Strong EX to NM . As close to perfect as is possible for a box this age.

  • Condition Vinyl: EX . Probably not played very often, but shows wiping-marks from the rough plastic-innersleeves on all 4 sides. Plays nice with some background and crackling here and there. Not perfect, but still in nice collectable shape. Massive more than 200g heavy discs.

  • Condition Booklet: NM
