Description

Beautiful copy of the 1967 More Sorcery LP by jazz guitar legend Gabor Szabo, on Impulse stereo A-9167. Recorded live in Boston and at the Monterey Jazz Festival. In many people’s opinions this was his best album for Impulse, and I agree. Fantastic renditions of his Spellbinder, the free-flowing Los Matadoros, and an elegantly gentle Corcovado. Really a fantastic recording, and a beautiful copy. The disc is very nearly pristine and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. A superficial scuff or two but barely. The laminated gatefold cover is mostly similarly pristine, except for a surface tear at the bottom edge (see photo). Otherwise beautifully clean. This is a lovely original copy, hard to beat.
