Cover is at least VG+. On the edges a bit of the ink is lost and on the backside there is a (hard to see) namesigning of the ex-owner (2x3 cm).
Record is very rarely played and shows fewest signs of useage, only few hairlines and is a very solid VG++/ Exc.
