Description
Super rare original pressing of this 1968 post-bop, jazz funk, bossa nova classic that has been heavily sampled by rap artists through the years. Cover is in very nice condition, with some minor staining, very little ring wear, but some corner wear. Previous owner put a piece of tape to the lower edge near the opening, presumably to prevent a split from growing. Small sticker on top right corner, should be easily removed. Thus the VG grading, otherwise closer to VG+. Record looks shiny but does have its fair share of visible, non-feelable marks. Side 2 is slightly better than Side 1, grades as a VG as well. Record does have some sort of edge defect (not sure if this is a pressing issue) that causes a radial warp and some dimples. Record does play all the way through on my turntable without skipping. It does have the occasional pop and hiss, it would benefit from some cleaning (I don't have a cleaner unfortunately).
