Description
The Bittersweets (45) - "Hurtin Kind" b/w "Summertime" (Tema 001, 1965) in fabulous VG++ condition
Condition/Description:
VERY SCARCE, inde label Garage Rock 45 from Ohio, circa 1965. Here's a link to this all-girl group's myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/thebittersweeets.
The Bittersweets - "Hurtin Kind" (HEAR IT) b/w "Summertime" (HEAR IT). This record is in very solid VG++ condition (a few light scuffs and light sleeve pitting, almost all on the 'b' side; very clean labels, with no writing, stickers or stamps).
The sound bite say it all about this jangly, pop psych tune that is featured on the "Girls in the Garage, Vol. 1" compilation CD and has been covered by many bands, including Dee Dee Ramone (on his "Hop Around" album).
This will be a NO RESERVE auction. Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCK!
Shipping/Payment info (PLEASE READ):
$3.00 1st Class shipping in the USA, with $6.00 for foreign orders (airmail postage), which covers up to (3) 45 rpm purchases (an exact quote will be given for purchases of more than 3 records). Insurance, tracking or package registration is optional (I will not be held responsible for uninsured packages). Foreign orders: must be paid for by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD only - no cash or money orders. All items must be paid for within 10 days of the auction close date - absolutely no exceptions (sorry, but I've simply had too many problems receiving funds and can no longer accept transactions lasting 30 days or more).
- Thanks for bidding and GOOD LUCK!
