3-LP Box Set is New and Factory-sealed.  It is not unusual for the bottom edge corners to become split...speaking from my own personal experience with my own copy of this one.  If this happens, this is not returnable as they are all this way...just the nature of how they were manufactured and the weight of their contents.
Cover/Box:  VG+ (small dings on the bottom corners with the left, bottom one being the worst...see photos)

I spot play test (or more) every LP that I list unless it is sealed. Never is an LP visually-graded only.
