According to the set list from this show, there are four songs missing from this set that were NOT recorded, and are NOT on this set;

Sides 1 and 2 are the same. There is a sticker on the cover stating that this was a "special limited edition, and that the first 400 copies contain an extra side". This would be side four.
The labels are just white blanks.
The cover is in excellent condition. There is one small crease on the backside bottom of the cover. Maybe a couple of very small scuff markings, but no seam splits, rips, tears, tape or anything else wrong with it.
