I have for auction from my own collection this superb original copy of this very rare Blue Liberty release.I have only played this album once since i purchased it second hand.This is a UK original Blue Liberty issue with first and only press matrix numbers,and is in stunning condition.It took me many years to track down a copy of this album,it is very rare and extremely difficult to find.Copies of this album command high prices and this one is of special interest to fans of the The Groundhogs,Jo-Ann Kelly and Tony McPhee.I cannot stress enough just how hard to find this record is,its extremely rare and collectable.This copy also has two signatures on the rear of the sleeve,Tony McPhee and Jo-Ann Kelly.The Jo-Ann Kelly signature reads:-"Takes one to know one TS!! Best from Jo Ann Kelly".This signature is mega rare and and highly collectable as Jo-Ann Kelly passed away many years ago.The sleeve which has been kept in a PVC outer is in superb condition for its age.Apart from a couple of very minor creases and very slight ring wear it is in stunning condition for an album that is 43 years old.It has a near perfect spine,no splits or edge wear and still retains its original laminate gloss.The white rear of the sleeve is super clean and shows virtually no signs of ageing.Overall i would grade the sleeve at least excellent but others may grade it higher.The vinyl is in stunning near mint condition with no blemishes or marks at all. Played on my £18,000 Linn Naim system the pressing is superb with very low surface noise.I will grade the vinyl as near mint without reservation,it is blemish free.The labels are are crisp and clean,with no spindle marks.The original poly lined inner is also in unmarked condition and virtually as new.Other musicians on this album are:-Pete Cruickshank,Ken Pustelnik,Brett Marvin and Andy Fernbach etc.If you are a fan of the Groundhogs,Tony McPhee,Jo-Ann Kelly etc or just blues in general this is a must have album and a rare opportunity to bid for a copy.
