If you want the records quoted at Priority Mail rates, you will have to send a message after you receive your initial invoice.  Combining shipping on cylinders and 78s is allowed but there are additional fees as the materials requirements change.   Important Notice:  We are now using a broker for insurance other than the carrier and insurance is now required.  Because of our volume sales we are only charging our rate which is an additional $0.75 for insurance per $100 Domestic ($1.00 per $100 International)
